The service is integrated into the Virtuozzo PowerPanel and permits server operators to make network backups of their data 24/7. At this time Snapshot Backups cannot be scheduled to run at regular intervals and must be performed manually from within the Virtuozzo PowerPanel. Note: We would suggest performing your backups at off-peak hours since your websites will be temporarily offline during backup operations. |

Absolutely! There are many ways to backup your data including using the data backup tools already built into the Plesk Control Panel. In addition to the Plesk tools it is also possible to install any other third-party backup solution on your (dv) Server. The Snapshot Backup add-on differs from most backup solutions by offering a convenient, fully integrated solution for quickly capturing the entire state of your (dv) server at anytime. |

How much data can I backup? How much storage am I allocated? |

Each Snapshot Backup includes the amount of disk space equal to your level of service. No matter how much space you use we will have you covered! The storage used by your backups does NOT count against the storage allocated to your (dv) service. |

Backup add-ons may be added directly through the (mt) AccountCenter and will usually be provisioned within minutes. You may also contact our Sales Department at 877-578-4000 Option 2, or open a support request within the (mt) AccountCenter. Backups added in this manner will generally be activated within 24 hours. |
